Our Beliefs

The mission of Vernon Baptist Church in Vernon, Indiana is to glorify God by proclaiming Jesus Christ, making disciples, and spreading the gospel.

• Proclaim- Vernon Baptist Church proclaims the gospel in Vernon and around the world. They believe that everyone needs to hear the good news of Jesus Christ.                                                                                                          
• Make Disciples- Vernon Baptist Church's goal is to make disciples who reflect Christ as they serve their community.
  
  
• Spread the Gospel- Vernon Baptist Church organizes mission work and sends & supports missionaries around the world.
  
  
• Corporate Worship- Vernon Baptist Church's corporate worship is a central part of our ministry. During corporate worship, God's people gather to hear the Word of God preached, pray, sing, and observe the ordinances of baptism, and the Lord's Supper.
